Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how users of the TradeGrid platform (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) may be eligible for a refund. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with them. If there is any conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail. Nothing in this Policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.


1. Scope
This Refund Policy covers: Purchases of Coins (in-app units) funded in USDT or other supported payment methods. Monthly Live Plan subscriptions that grant access to live Battles in the Arena. It does not cover individual Battle entry fees or results, which are governed by the Arena Rules and Terms & Conditions.


2. Coins Purchases


2.1 Nature of Coins

Coins are in-app units used for Battle entry fees and accounting of winnings on the Platform. Coins are not legal tender, e-money, or securities, but they can be withdrawn back to USDT (subject to fees) at any time.


2.2 General Rule – No Traditional “Refunds”

Because Coins can be withdrawn by you at any time: We generally do not offer refunds on Coin purchases, and Instead of a refund, you may simply withdraw your Coin balance back to your own wallet as USDT, subject to applicable fees. Once a Coin purchase has been processed, we cannot reverse the underlying USDT or payment transaction on the blockchain or via the payment processor.


2.3 Withdrawal Fees (Gas + Payment Processor Fee)

When you withdraw Coins as USDT: We may charge: Blockchain network (“gas”) fees, and Third-party payment processor fees (if applicable). These fees are variable and depend on network conditions and processor pricing at the time of the transaction. Before you confirm a withdrawal request, the Platform will show you: the total fee to be deducted, and the net amount you will receive. By confirming a withdrawal, you accept the fees displayed in the dashboard at that moment. These fees are not refundable.


2.4 Incorrect or Unauthorised Coin Purchases

If you believe: a Coin purchase was processed in error, a transaction was unauthorised or fraudulent, or you were charged twice for the same top-up, you must contact us as soon as possible at help@tradegrid.trade. We may request additional information and, if appropriate, correct your Coin balance or take other remedial measures at our discretion. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, user mistakes, or delayed notifications.


3. Live Plan (Monthly Subscription) Refunds


3.1 Nature of the Live Plan

The Live Plan is a recurring monthly subscription that grants access to live Battles in the Arena and to related premium features. It is a digital service that starts immediately after purchase.


3.2 Refunds Where the Service Has Not Been Used

We understand that users sometimes change their mind shortly after subscribing. Therefore, subject to applicable law: If you have not joined or played a single Live Battle after a subscription payment has been charged for the current billing period, you may request a full refund for that billing period. We will verify usage (e.g., that no Live Battles have been joined from your account in that period). If confirmed, we can refund the subscription fee for that billing period, and may cancel the subscription going forward. To request such a refund, you must contact us via help@tradegrid.trade and include your account details and payment reference.


3.3 When Refunds Are Not Available (Used Subscription)

Once you join or participate in at least one Live Battle in the relevant billing period: The subscription is considered used, Our server infrastructure, live data feeds, and game systems have already incurred costs, and We cannot offer a refund for that billing period. This applies regardless of: how many Battles you have played (even if only one), whether you won or lost, whether you personally feel you made sufficient use of the service. We also do not provide partial refunds or pro-rated refunds for partially used billing periods.


3.4 Cancellations and Renewals

The Live Plan is billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for: the current billing period, or any previous billing periods. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the renewal date shown in your dashboard or in the payment confirmation. Price changes or promotions (e.g., discounts available after you subscribed) do not entitle you to refunds for past payments.


4. Technical Issues and Downtime

We aim to provide a stable and fair service, but occasional downtime or technical issues may occur (e.g., maintenance, outages, data-feed interruptions).
Short or intermittent outages generally do not entitle users to subscription or Coin purchase refunds. If a specific Battle is materially affected, our Arena Rules and Terms & Conditions describe how we may handle it (e.g., voiding the Battle, refunds of entry fees, or other remedies). In exceptional cases of prolonged service outage, we may offer credits, extensions, or other gestures of goodwill at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so unless required by law.


5. Local Consumer Rights

Some jurisdictions provide statutory cooling-off periods or mandatory refund rights for consumers (especially in the UK and EU). In certain cases, these rights may be: limited or waived once you start using a digital service (for example, by joining a Live Battle), or not applicable to certain crypto transactions. Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws. If you are unsure about your rights, you may seek independent legal advice or contact your local consumer authority.


6. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do so: we will update the “Last updated” date at the top, and where changes are material, we may notify you via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
